A modern, cloud-native replacement for desktop accounting software like Tally, covering the full document-to-payment lifecycle, inventory, payroll, CRM, fixed assets, and financial reporting in a single multi-tenant platform.
Why this exists.
GCC trading companies are stuck on desktop accounting software (Tally, Peachtree, Sage 50) that does not handle the realities of regional trade: post-dated cheques, multi-warehouse operations, Arabic/English bilingual documents, Oman PASI payroll, VAT 5% compliance, and landed-cost calculation on imports. Cloud alternatives like QuickBooks and Xero ignore the local practices entirely.
- § 01
PDC chaos
Post-dated cheques are standard practice across the GCC. No global accounting tool handles the lifecycle (received → in hand → deposited → cleared / bounced) as a first-class object.
- § 02
Landed cost guesswork
Imports need foreign currency conversion, freight, and customs allocated across line items. Most tools force a manual journal afterwards.
- § 03
PASI and WPS off-system
Oman social insurance and Wage Protection System filings sit in spreadsheets while accounting sits in software. Reconciliation is a monthly fire drill.
- § 04
Bilingual documents
Customers and tax authorities expect bilingual invoices. Generic SaaS produces English-only PDFs that get rejected or rewritten by hand.
Working software, not slides.
Each item below is in the codebase today. The full architecture and code walkthrough is available under NDA.
